I’m thrilled to welcome Lisa Waggoner of Cold Nose College on board this week as our pet expert of the week. Lisa will be discussing behavior modification solutions for dog-dog aggression all week!
Whether you have questions about helping your dog or would just like to follow along on the conversation, don’t miss out and check out the forum chat this week!
More about Lisa:
After experiencing the wonderful results of reward based training while taking classes with her own dogs, Lisa decided to help others learn to use positive reinforcement to train their canine companions. She launched into an extensive course of study about how dogs learn and the science of behavior, enrolling in instructor training and graduating top in her class in the Level I Peaceable Paws Basic Training & Behavior Intern Academy, as well as the Level II Peaceable Paws Instructor’s Course. Lisa continues to enjoy learning and spends a minimum of 40 hours a year in additional continuing education.
Lisa has a passion for teaching and helping others learn. Her students continually tell her that she’s “definitely in the right occupation” as it’s apparent that she derives great joy from her work with her students and their canine kids.
